  2. Closing Data and Graph Files

  4. Step 1
  5. Choose Close (Cmd-W) from the File menu, or click the close box in the upper-left corner of the window.

  7. Step 2
  8. If you made changes to the file since it was last saved, a dialog asks if you want to save the changes before closing.
  9.  
  10. ‚Ä¢ Click Yes to save any changes and close the file. If the file is untitled, a dialog prompts you to enter a name for the file.

  12. ‚Ä¢ Click No to close the file without saving changes. 
  13.  
  14. ‚Ä¢ Click Cancel to return to the file without closing it.
